Lockdown gaming

Hi everyone, it's been a while. While we're not allowed to go to the pub for games at the moment we've been trialling playing remotely with a voice chat option for the last couple of Thursdays. It took a little setting up and getting used to but I think we're in a reasonably good place.

Board Games returns to the Newbold on 13th December 2018

We usually play "Euro games" that don't have player elimination as a game mechanism, so all players  are involved throughout, and you aren't twiddling your thumbs waiting for everyone else to finish.

We welcome new people who would like to play games and we explain how each game works for those who have not played before or not played recently and want a rules refresher.

It is Good Friday tomorrow so you might get a lie in. I am in work but have Tuesday off.

Ray has requested a copy of Settlers of Catan so I will bring one of mine along.

Feel free to bring any Easter related games. I am thinking more along the lines of eggs and bunnies rather than crucifixions. Dixit and Nino Conillo are the only ones that I have.
